Admission to Class I - Instructions to Parents

Provisionally selected candidates list/ admission schedule will be displayed in the school website and school notice board from 11/08/2020.

1.     Only one parent of the candidate is
allowed inside the Vidyalaya premises at the scheduled date and time for the
admission.

2.     The following documents in original to
be produced for verification and submitted at the time of Admission.

                  a) Print
out of online registration form .

b) Date of Birth certificate
of the child ( a self attested copy to be submitted at the school).

c)    
Service certificate

d)   
Certificate showing the details of transfers counter signed by competent
authority

e)    
Caste certificate(SC/ ST) in the name of the child

f)     
Residence Proof

g)   
OBC (NCL) certificate -in the name of the child issued by the  competent authority( if applicable)

h)   
Distance declaration (admissions under RTE)

i)      
Affidavit showing Single Girl status of the child from a Notary (admissions
under SGC quota)

j)      
EWS/BPL certificate from the
authority concerned

k)    
Non family accommodation
certificate

l)      
Ex- service certificate from Zila
Sainik board

m)  Disability
certificate if applicable

n)   
Photocopy of Aadhar card

o)   
The following three forms are to be
downloaded from the website and the duly filled forms to be submitted on the
date of admission

a.    
Admission Form

b.    
UBI Fee Details Form

c.     
Self Declaration Form

 The fee details are given below (fee for two quarter)

3. Due to the present covid 19
pandemic situation the child need not be brought to the school at the time of
Admission.

4. The Parent coming to the
Vidyalaya should strictly follow the Covid -19 protocol (Mask and
Gloves),failing which entry to the Vidyalaya will be denied.

NOTE: Admission will be granted only on the genuineness of the documents produced, failing which the admission will be forfeited.  (The intimation will be sent to you by  e‐mail /whatsapp)
