The vidyalaya celebrated Teacher's Day on 5 September 2015 with  variety of programmes. Dr. S Nalayini, Principal paid inaugurated the programme by lighting lamp and paying tribute to Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, former President of India, a philosopher and thinker and above all, a great teacher.

The special morning assembly by the Teachers was the highlight of the day's programmes. The student teachers paid respect to their teachers. The classes was handled by the student teachers.
